    (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)

    (No equipment required unless optional dumbbells)

    MONDAY – Upper Body Strength

    • Push-ups – 3×10–15

    • Shoulder taps – 3×20

    • Chair dips – 3×10

    • Plank – 3×30 sec

    • Stretch & breathing – 5 min

    Focus: Build strength without ego

    Scripture: “Be strong in the Lord…” – Ephesians 6:10

    TUESDAY – Lower Body & Stability

    • Squats – 3×15

    • Lunges – 3×10 each leg

    • Wall sit – 3×30 sec

    • Calf raises – 3×20

    • Stretch – 5 min

    Focus: Stability supports longevity

    THURSDAY – Core & Conditioning

    • Mountain climbers – 3×30 sec

    • Sit-ups or crunches – 3×15

    • Leg raises – 3×10

    • Russian twists – 3×20

    • Breathing – 5 min

    Focus: Core strength = spiritual posture

    • Jumping jacks – 3×50

    • Burpees – 3×5–10

    • Push-ups – 2×max

    • Squats – 2×20

    • Cooldown & gratitude – 5 min
