Stage One

Booking Request Received

Your request arrives via our booking form, email invitation, or through Bishop Nixon directly. Our team reviews your submission and researches your ministry before presenting the opportunity to Bishop Nixon for consideration.

1–2 Week Review Window

Stage Two

Ministry Terms Sent & Accepted

Once Bishop Nixon approves your request, we confirm date availability and send you his Ministry Terms for review. You have one week to acknowledge and accept the terms. Your date is held during this window.

Stage Three

Date Confirmed & Assets Delivered

Upon terms acceptance, your date is officially locked on Bishop Nixon's calendar. We send your confirmation and provide access to his headshots and approved bio for your promotional use.

Stage Four

Travel & Logistics Coordination

Approximately 6–8 weeks before the event, our team will reach out to coordinate travel and lodging in accordance with the Ministry Terms. Bishop Nixon travels with one ministry companion — two rooms and two travel tickets are required. All bookings must be refundable.

Stage Five

Week-Of Communication

The week of the event, you will receive a final check-in from our team with any clarifying questions, a reminder of honorarium details, and a request to ensure both hotel rooms are pre-checked-in before Bishop Nixon and his companion arrive.

Stage Six

Travel Day & Arrival

Bishop Nixon and his travel companion will be en route. Please have all ground transportation arranged and confirm both hotel rooms are ready prior to their arrival. Our team is reachable by phone for any last-minute coordination.

Service Day & Honorarium

Bishop Nixon will minister as scheduled. Please ensure the honorarium is ready to be rendered at service close in one of the approved methods listed on this page. See the Honorarium section below for all accepted and non-accepted payment methods.

Rendering the Honorarium

Please review the accepted and non-accepted methods carefully. All honorariums should be rendered at the close of service.

60–90 minute engagements.

If Offering Exceeds

An honorarium increase is expected to appropriately honor Bishop Nixon's ministry.
